Terms of service
Terms of service
Last updated: 29 April 2026
These terms govern your use of menumo.io, the marketing site of Menumo B.V.. They do not cover the Menumo platform itself — once you sign up as a customer, a separate Subscription Agreement applies.
1. Who we are
Menumo B.V., registered in the Netherlands (KVK 93750048, BTW NL000000000B00), Brouwersgracht 42, 1015 GD Amsterdam. Contact: hello@menumo.io.
2. Use of this website
You may browse the site, submit a demo request form, and read our content for informational and commercial-evaluation purposes. You may not:
- Scrape, mirror or republish our content without permission
- Attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation (DDoS, exploit-probing, etc.)
- Use any of our trademarks, logos or copy without prior written consent
3. Demo requests
Submitting the demo form is not a contractual offer to provide services. We reach out to schedule a non-binding conversation. Either side can decline or end the conversation at any point.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, screenshots, illustrations, logo, code) is © Menumo B.V. unless otherwise noted. Third-party assets are credited where used.
5. No warranty for marketing content
We do our best to keep this site accurate, but the screenshots, examples and product claims are illustrative. The platform you receive once signed up is governed by the Subscription Agreement and our platform documentation, which take precedence over anything stated here.
6. Limitation of liability
For the marketing site only: to the extent permitted by Dutch law, Menumo B.V. is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this site are exclusively submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer-protection law specifies otherwise.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
